Absolutely incredible instructor. I have done this course around 4-5 times over the years and have had many different instructors. Steven was by far the best I have had the pleasure of teaching me. Even after 7 years of forklifting experience he managed to teach me new things and has made me feel more competent on a forklift than ever before. Thank you so much! Was trained to use the pivot steer by Steven, the course lasted 4 days in which I learned everything I needed to know on how to operate and use it properly, at no point during the training did I feel stressed or anxious as it was a very relaxing and involved course, hoping to have him again if I ever do my counter balance conversion
